Always available, always helpful! When I contacted Karen, she was not my current Agent, but, after having a conversation with her in regards to a house she had listed, I knew she was the one for me! She was informative, helpful and always polite. Said I could contact her anytime with questions I may have, homes I wanted to know about. She showed me a few homes before I bought. She was with me through every step, and, if she wasn't available to talk immediately, she would text and tell me when she would be. I never, ever, felt like I was left "hanging". Although it's been a few years, Karen was fantastic from start to finish in selling our home.
